The heavyweight sportsman from Adygeya Aliy Nepshikuev became the prize-winner of the International competition on boxing for the Cup of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Two days ago together with his trainer Vladimir Ovchinnikov the boxer had returned from Moscow where the competition passed. 350 sportsmen from 6 countries took part in it, and only 8 from among them became the winners.
According to Ovchinnikov, the sportsman from Adygeya in his final duel resisted to 120-kilo Siberian. The fight passed in the equal struggle up to the fourth round, and it was over when the contender opened himself and Nepshikuev struck with crushing blow of his right hand from below in head. The fight was ended with knockout.
The owners of the cup were awarded by Minister of Internal Affairs Rashid Nurgaliev - from him Nepshikuev received the golden medal and a dagger with nominal inscription.
For Nepshikuev it is his 158th victory after 167 fights, and this time he returned from Moscow as a master of the international class.
