Murder of 31-years old Nalbiy Achmiz, inhabitant of aul Afipsip of Tahtamukaysky district of Adygeya (in which employees of the Krasnodar law enforcement bodies are suspected) caused indignation of Adygeyan population and Adygeyan Diaspora of the regional center. Yesterday on August 17th at the building of city organization Adyghe Khase people gathered with intention to hold a protest meeting. The chairman of that public organization, the deputy of the State Soviet-Khase of Adygeya Azmet Skhaliaho informed that to IA REGNUM correspondent. As he said, there were not protest actions; the gathered listened to the information about the murder’s investigation and dispatch.
Nalbiy Achmiz was killed on August 9th in the evening after a quarrel with four employees of militia in the city park. His body was taken out on a city dump. All the suspected, told Skhaliaho, are taken under guard. IA REGNUM correspondent’s interlocutor did not speak about details of the murder, having referred that at present investigation is on, but still noted that, according to witnesses, that evening militiamen were sitting with the killed in one of the cafe at one table.
Attribute interethnic discord in the murder was not seen, the chairman of Adyghe Khase noted. One of the arguments confirming that was that the group of militia employees had beaten earlier young men without any dependence on their national identity. And the main thing people’s indignation was connected was that evil deed had been committed by authorized men.
As Skhaliaho told, one day earlier the attempt of carrying out of protest meeting the delegation from Tahtamukaysky district of Adygeya accompanied by the representative of the republic to Krasnodar territory and members of the city Adyghe Khase met with the management of FSB, the Department of Internal Affairs, Offices of Public Prosecutor and other security services of Krasnodar territory. By results of that meeting on August 22nd in aul Afipsip a conversation with youth of the rural district would be lead. The discussion would be organized by representatives of the law enforcement bodies of the Territory in the same staff they were at the mentioned meeting.
Note: Nalbiy Achmiz was married; without their father two small children were left.
