In the morning on October, 19th relatives of the killed insurgents gathered again near the House of the government in Nalchik. The purpose of the picket as they told, was a meeting with the president of Kabardino-Balkaria Arsen Kanokov and solving of the question of the bodies’ delivery.
The answer picketers received, was: in each concrete case the question of delivery of a body will be separately solved. If someone was not being recognized as a terrorist, his body would be given out, as to the others the question will be solved by the State Duma of Russian Federation.
Yesterday on TV the assistant to the public prosecutor of Russian Federation in the SFD Nikolay Shepel declared that bodies of the killed insurgents in Kabardino-Balkarian capital would not be given out.
In the opinion of lawyer Larissa Dorogova, insurgents can be incriminated only with encroachment for life of militia employees but not terrorism as they did not hold any civil object.
It became also known that one of the insurgents left a note from which follows that he was going to die because he had not strength to live any longer. He wrote also that his body should not be washed, as he was pure because went to die for his belief, and Allah would take his sole anyway.
Mother of the insurgent told that her son was detained repeatedly by militia, beat, and once he had stood in militia a lot of hours with the hands lifted upwards. Among the parents there were those who lost two, three sons.
Many parents speak that their sons had fallen a victim to some deceit, that someone had skillfully used their discontent and rage towards the law enforcement bodies of Kabardino-Balkaria.
