Sergey Mironov promised to analyze situation  around Kaitov’s case (Karachaevo-Circassia) 

The chairman of the Council of Federation Sergey Mironov promised to examine the situation developing around litigation concerned Kaitov’s case. On that IА REGNUM correspondent was informed by parents of the guys killed in the summer residence of Aly Kaitov at night on October, 10 till October, 11th, 2004. "During the last months around the lawsuit intolerable conditions began developing, - the sister of the killed deputy of the National Assembly of KCR Rasul Bogatyryov - Fatima Bogatyryova declared. – Outside the court the participants of the proceedings counteract the pressure of the local authorities and the defendants supporters. In our address threats with requirement to reconcile to the defendants and to take from them money as indemnification for the sorrow they caused come. Our position is complicated with that a campaign in mass-media on discrediting of the killed, and forming the public opinion against us".

In October the parents sent a letter to the president Vladimir Putin and the chairman of the Council of Federation Sergey Mironov where they asked to protect their civil rights. As the father of one of the killed – Sadyk Hapaev - informed IА REGNUM correspondent, the parents did not know, whether their complaint reached Putin. But from Sergey Mironov the reciprocal letter with encouraging contents had already come: "I thank you for addressing to me. I have charged to my assistant A.P.Torshin (who heads the Parliamentary commission on investigation of circumstances of terrorist act in Beslan and who is well informed about the situation in Northern Caucasus) to analyze carefully the situation and to help whenever it could be possible".
