“Memory Train” comes from Moscow on June, 2nd, 2010, to the cities: Kursk - Krasnodar - Maykop - Cherkessk - Nalchik - Nevinnomyssk - Volgograd and will return to Moscow on June, 12th, 2010. On June, 5th, 2010 from 10.30 am till 11.30 am a press conference in the Scientific library of the Adygeya State university in occasion of arrival to Maykop of “Memory Train” - the symbol of the youth patriotic action with the one-nominal name - takes place.
“The Initiative in organization of the action “Memory Train”, devoted the 65-th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic war of 1941-1945, was made by the official body “Russian center of civil and patriotic education of children and youth” and the regional public sports youth charitable organization “Stuntmen Association "Master", it was spoken in the press release of Adygeya Committee on youth affairs. “They were supported by the Ministry of sports, tourism and youth policies of Russian Federation and the Federal agency on youth affairs”.
The visitors will take part in such actions as “Distribution of Georgievskaya tapes", "Putting on wreaths to Memorial “Eternal Fire”; for them there will be organized an excursion across the town, official meetings (including, with the veterans), the action “People Remember” (the National museum, the House of Officers).
On Lenin’s square the historical program will be organized and the concert will be performed. In the program there are: a mobile Exhibition - exposition of the museum of veterans of the Second World War – sons of regiments, field competitions for spectators, historical mini-performance with realistic stages of the Second World War, special tricks, special effects, performances of stuntmen, as well as a concert with participation of famous musicians.
