In the second quarter of 2011 the price per square meter of housing in Adygeya has grown by nearly 4 thousand rubles, informs the territorial agency of the state statistic of Adygeya (Adygeyastat).
The cost of one square meter of housing in the primary market of Adygeya in the second quarter of 2011 amounted to 29,543 rubles. This is 3874 rubles more than in the first quarter. According to Adygeyastat, housing on the secondary market become more expensive - from 27 386 rubles in the first quarter of 2011 to 28 373 rubles in the second quarter.
Expert real estate market on one of the Maikop companies Sergey Salvenko believes that this is a seasonal increase in housing prices. It can be enough to add a factor of intensive construction - again seasonal. Judging by past experience, in the third quarter, housing prices drop slightly, but by the end of the year - again increasing.
