Deputies of the State Soviet-Khase of Adygeya Republic addressed to the president of Russia with a request to increase the financial support for the region. The matter was that since 2010 the volume of donations from the federal center had been reduced. As the head of Adygeya emphasized, the republic was one of the few subjects of Russian Federation in which they managed to reduce the donations as a whole: from 64 % down to 52 %. Thus the republican budget still keeps all the social obligations in full. The regional deputies supported the suggestion which should be sent to the Russian president and the chairman of the government of the country in the nearest future.
Within ‘the governmental hour’ the questions of modernization of education were also discussed. According to the first deputy minister of education and science of Adygeya, for carrying out of the reforms this year from the budgets of all the levels there will be spent about one hundred twenty five millions roubles. Besides they discussed questions concerned implementation of the reform of teacher wages, repair and preparation of schools for the academic year and discrepancies of school programs in various regions of the country because of which some difficulties with sending children to school after moving to another region take place. As Aslan Tkhakushinov noted, for today the country leaders pay special attention to the modernization, so it is necessary to involve into corresponding activities the responsible officials at all the levels.
Besides that the regional deputies passed the law according to which the status of Tulsky settlement - from “town type” status into “rural settlement” - will be changed. Such changes would be certainly good for inhabitants of the settlement as they will get the right to take advantage of all the privileges of countrymen, starting with payments for municipal services and finishing with participation in the federal programs on village development.
