In 2012 Adygeya budget will be ‘strained’

As the Minister of Finance of the republic Dovletby Dolev declared at the expanded session of the profile Committee of the State Soviet-Khase, the budget of Adygeya in the next year would be ‘strained’. The session was so-called ‘zero reading’ of the budget before the first consideration in the parliament of the republican financial documents. The main change in 2012 should be that the public police would be financed by the federal center; financing of municipal public health services is transferred for today to the republic. As a result of those changes charges for the road facilities appeared to be increased three times. According to Dovletby Dolev, the budget of Adygeya lost already 74 million.
Under the financial forecasts, the total amount of the incomes in the next year should make 8 billion 923 million roubles from which hardly less a half will be the federal donations which decrease would be kept in the next year and would make 4 billion 249 million roubles. Deficiency of the republican budget is predicted at a rate of 89 million roubles.
All the named changes already led to reduction of the budgetary share of the municipalities which representatives made amendments for 300 million roubles to the first reading. As the republican Minister of Finance assured, the social orientation of the budget should be kept, federal and republican programs should be continued implementing. The final decision in the financial destiny of the republic for the 2012 will be fixed in the end of December after three parliamentary readings.
