The honored artist of Russia, People's artist of Adygeya, singer, teacher and composer Cheslav Anzarokov is preparing to release his first CD. Sound engineers of the Mariinsky Theatre, specially arrived from St. Petersburg will help him with that.
"Until these days, we had not been familiar with the culture of Adygeya Republic, but for now we’ve plunged into it, and we like to work. We even began to understand some words, they way the compositions should be performed, and we feel this energy," they admitted.
About 40 works of composers of Adygeya, as well as folk songs performed by Anzarokov will appear on two compact discs – in Russian and Adygeyan languages. How numeruos the edition will, and how the discs will be called, is still unknown.
Cheslav Magomedovich Anzarokov was born in Koshehabl village of Adygeya. He spent his childhood in the village, then he went to a music school in Nalchik, then continued his education at the Conservatory in St. Petersburg.
During his 50-years career he releases a compact disc for the first time: the song artist had previously only vinyl records, and it was in the 80s.
