In Turkey memory evenings of Adygeyan poet Nalbiy Kuek passed

In Istanbul the memory evenings of Adygeyan poet, playwright, prose writer, the honored worker of arts of Adygeya Republic Nalbiy Kuek passed. Representatives of the Adygeyan Diaspora of Turkey and delegation from Adygeya in the structure of scientists, writers and journalists took part in them.
The meetings had been organized before the writer’s birthday under the initiative of two Adygs-repatriates well known N.Kuek. Both of them are admirers of his talent.
The Adygeyan writer had left a rich creative heritage. He was the author of such books in Russian, as "Dance of Hope" (1979), "Contemporary", Moscow; "Light Friend" (1982), "Star is Close" (1984) “Soviet Russia" Moscow; "Frozen Cherry". He wrote poetic books in Adygeyan language: "Globe Passes on Heart" (1968), "Cherry Trees" (1971), "Warm Coasts" (1973), "Lifted the Sky" (1976) (for children), "Both a Ray and a Voice, and a Feather" (1981), "Sky and the Ground - for All" (1983) (for children), "Bush of Red Guelder-Rose" (1985), "I Get up to Horizon" (1987) (for children) "And Light Starts from Breast" (1988), "Little Stump and Little Egg" (1992) (for children), "Who is the Master of Adygeyan Language" (1994), "Ashes of Heart" (1995). Drama products in verses: "Boy and Malicious Spirit", the play-fairy tale for children in Russian and Adygeyan languages; "War of Peasants", the historical play; "Songs of Our Fathers", in Adygeyan and Russian languages; "Beat-stick", in Adygeyan and Russian languages, for puppet theaters.
he had translated into Adygeyan language "Taming the Obstinate" of Shakespeare, "Mistress of Tavern" of Goldoni, "Tartuffe" of Moliere, "Auditor" of Gogol, "Ivanov" of Chekhov; separate verses of the Georgian, German, and Czech poets.
He was the author of the script of the first Adygeyan feature film "Twilight of Hopes" (the main prize of the film festival in Spain). There are television movies about the art workers and arts, television movies on poems of N.Kuek's stories (Maykop, Nalchik) created. Some tens verses were shifted on music by composers of Adygeya. Verses were included in the school textbooks. The play in verses of "Songs of Our Fathers" was put forward in the competition of the State premium of the USSR. For his work with poetic youth he was awarded with the Certificate of honour of the VLKSM Central Committee.
About many-sided nature of his talent the participants of the meeting were told by the researcher of the writer’s creativity, writer Kutas Paranuk. The national actress of Adygeya Mariet Udzhuhu read through one of the best stories of N. Kuek “Mother of Abadzehs”. His verses were sounded by his spouse Jeanna Kuek and the deserved journalist of Adygeya Svetlana Tesheva. The present could hear philosophical reflections of the writer, too - at the meeting they demonstrated a film with Nalbiy’s participation.
During the literary meeting in Istanbul compositions of the writer were sounded in Adygeyan and Turkish languages. It is necessary to note that Nalbiy Kuek is considered as one of the most translated writers of Adygeya. His compositions are published in 17 languages of the world.
