At meetings with the president of Adygeya Khazret Sovmen inhabitants of republic not once raised the question of gratis plots distribution for country-side social workers’ property which hadn’t got land shares during reorganization collective and state farms in 90s. Executing those requests the heads of Adygeya initiated passing by the State Soviet-Khase of Adygeya “Law about supplementary measures of realization the rights of country-side social workers”.

Adygeya is the single federal subject which passed such law. According to it the workers of enterprises, organizations and institutions of people education, health services, culture, mode, communication, trade and public feeding who had worked in the country side till the 1st of January of 1993 including would get the gratis estate right for plots. The Committee on property relations of Adygeya was determined as authorized executing organ which must regulate question connected with providing those workers with plots. The gratis estate right should be executed during the year.

The Cabinet of ministers of Adygeya also determined the square of distributed plot – 1 hectare of the plough-land for one applicator. According to preliminary accounts for about 10.000 men could become the owners of such plots. As the chairman of the Committee on property relations of Adygeya Vladimir Gladkov said in his interview to the state TV-radio Company of Adygeya “the law considers applicatory nature and implies only those citizens who live at the moment on the territory of Adygeya”.
