A widened sitting of the Cabinet of ministers of Adygeya at which results of economical growth for the first quarter of year 2004 were summed up took place. The prime minister of Adygeya Khazret Khuade presided the sitting. In his introductory speech he in particular reminded about the task of the president of Adygeya Khazret Sovmen - to increase production volume during this year in 30 per cent. Especially the prime minister underlined that for analyze of the situation some critical information is needed too. That would promote working out more verified actions for the rest period of time.

The minister of economical development and trade of Adygeya Aslan Tamov had analyzed in details the current economical situation in Adygeya. “According to operative data of the State Statistics committee of Adygeya, - he said, - increase of industrial production in Adygeya came to 19, 6 per cent. By results of two months of this year Adygeya had been leading with that index among the regions of the Southern Federal district. And we have grounds to suppose that by close definitions of the first quarter results that position will be kept”.

Incidentally the achieved progress was not total. Only in 4 districts of Adygeya among the 9 ones industrial growth of production came to not less than 30 per cent. In Koshekhablsky and Takhtamukaysky districts according to the same agency’s information on the first quarter results a falling-off productions had appeared.

“Success mustn’t conceal shortcomings,” – the minister mentioned. Adygeya is noticeably behind the regions of the Southern Federal district by its share of small enterprises’ payments to the budget. Population’s incomings in 30 per cent lower than ones of inhabitants of Krasnodar territory. Unemployment in Adygeya had increased. There is no reliable view of the situation in the trade sphere. Republican and municipal authorities should have supported 15 budget-founding enterprises of Adygeya. Besides there have been examples when owning to such support budgets got 10-multiplied incomings.

As a conclusion A. Tamov informed that the ministry of economy has been preparing to suggest a new scheme of economical interaction of executing authorities and enterprises that also supposes changes in the federal government.

The first deputy of the minister of finance of Adygeya Tatiana Ovodova in her speech noticed that there are sufficient reserves for economical development of Adygeya. In her point of view the work on discovery real costs of real estates of population is necessary. That would allow as minimum twice increase proper tax-incomings to Adygeya budget. They need also to verify real incomings of some enterprises in order to get taxes more effectively. 

The head of the ministry of agriculture of Adygeya Shakhmet Skhalaho in his report informed that a tendency of stock number reducing had kept in the stock-breeding in Adygeya. In fact he mentioned the current year gives a hope for reanimation of fodder production. For that goal they need to have sowed not less than 26.000 hectares of summer crops.

The sitting’s result was summed up by the prime minister of Adygeya. According to his words all the towns and districts of Adygeya are in equal economical conditions. That’s why staying behind some of them is difficult to explain.
