In “Vesty” program of the State TV-radio company of Adygeya on April, 7 an announcement was given in which it ran as follow: “On January, 28 the address of the president of Adygeya and the State Soviet-Khase of Adygeya about Supreme Arbitration Court’s of Adygeya activities was passed. By the errand of the chairman of Supreme Arbitration Court of Russia the commission headed by the deputy of the chairman of that federal department Alexander Arifulin arrived in Adygeya. On April, 9 in the cabinet #43 of the State Soviet-Khase of Adygeya the members of the commission from 9.00 p.m. will receive the heads of the enterprises and organizations of Adygeya on questions connected with Arbitration Court’s of Adygeya activity”.

Let it be reminded that in the announcement passed on January, 28 of this year representatives of executive and legislative authorities of Adygeya expressed their worry about mass bankruptcies of enterprises, legislative violations of bankruptcy proceeding, facts of falsification arbitration cases’ materials.
