A roundtable dedicated to the 100th anniversary since Yusuf Namitokov’s (the first Adyg scientist-teacher and public figure) birthday took place on April, 9 in Adygeya republican institute of improvement teachers’ qualification. The scientist’s daughter, professor of Adygeya state university Rosa Namitokova, his disciples, friends as well as heads and teachers of educational institutions of Adygeya participated in it.

The roundtable is one of the main measures taking place in the framework of the anniversary celebration of the scientist who stood by the roots of the first Adygeya higher educational institute’s creation. In the entire educational system of Adygeya open lessons, conversations, creative meetings and solemn evenings take place.

Rosa Namitokova, the scientist’s daughter, told about her childish memories of her father and presented the heads of educational institutes with the book “The Teacher of the Teachers” created on the basis of memories, documents, letters and photos. The book was published by Adygeya state university especially for that anniversary.
