Having overstepped prediction indexes of development for the first quarter 2004 almost twice, Dondukovsky elevator occupied one of the leading positions in Giaginsky district of Adygeya. Organization of subsidiary production and labor conditions are the main components of success as the heads of the enterprise consider. The main subsidiary productions are a mill and a bakery.

Now the bakery gives almost 6 tons of bread daily. One bun weights 750 gram, white bread value is 6, 50 rubles, and grey bread value is 5, 50 rubles. Neighboring khutors are provided with bread too. During the first quarter of this year the mill had treated 583 ton of grain. 419 ton of produced flour is in 47 ton more than for the same period of time of the previous year. The whole index of the elevator is over 190 per cent of prediction.

182 men work at the elevator totally. It has its own canteen with good cheep meal. The average salary is 3255 rubles. According to assurance of the chief economist of the elevator it would be increased as they plan increasing bread baking. They also plan exceeding their own sowed fields. Nowadays there are 2351 hectares in the use that in 947 hectares more in comparison to the last year.
