Russian government plans to give Adygeya and Northern Osetia-Alania financial aid. The aid would be granted from the reserve fund of the Russian Cabinet of ministers on preservation and liquidation extraordinary situations and consequences of disasters. With a report on that question on April, 15 the head of the ministry of extraordinary situations of Russia Sergey Shoigu had spoken at the sitting of Russian government. 

Besides that the government discussed the measures connected with “improvement of effectiveness of budget expenditure”. With a report on that theme the minister of finance of Russia Aleksey Kudrin had spoken. In the framework of that question they also considered the actual problem – reformation of the whole budget process in Russian Federation.

The government sitting was chaired by the prime minister of Russian Federation Mikhail Fradkov.
