"Adygeyan salt" looks for its markets
In aul Uliap of Krasnogvardeysky district of Adygeya on April, 16 an official opening of "Adygeyan salt" enterprise took place. In the further plans of the head of the enterprise Aslan Khuazhev as he said at the opening there is an achievement of appearance in the enterprise s name of following words: "products of the national cuisine". Meanwhile in its small department situated in a restored part of the building which had belonged to the "Kavkaz" collective farm s management they installed a mixer and a vacuum-packing line. The salt with spices and garlic which in conformity with its proportions and components has 4 sorts abadzekhskaya, uliapskaya, bjedugskaya and shapsugskaya - is produced there. Nowadays productivity of Adygeyan salt is 10 ton a week. The market of it spreads on Adygeya itself, towns of Russian South, Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. With expanding of the salt market its productivity could be easily increased.
