Over 30 million rubles – that is the debt of Zelenchuksky municipal enterprise of the district heat and electric networks for power engineers of Karachaevo-Circassia. Only in March they didn’t pay practically 2, 5 million rubles. As a result of it the joint-stock company “Karachaevo-Circasskenergo” had to limit electricity supplies to the debtor. More than 10.000 men appeared to be without electricity because of bureaucrats of the district administration and the chief of Zelenchuksky municipal enterprise as the press-service of the joint-stock company “Kavkazskaya energeticheskaya managing companya” informed.

At the moment “Kavkazskaya energeticheskaya managing companya” leadership and “Karachaevo-Circasskenergo” are holding difficult negotiations with Karachaevo-Circassian government about possible ways out of that complicated situation.
