Authorities of Maykop once again raise tariffs for services of housing and communal services. An average growth will make 23 per cent. This decision was passed at the session of the town Council of People's Deputies of Adygeya capital which took place on April, 28. New charges also will begin from the 1st of May for services. 

If till now as it was told at the session, the townspeople paid 62 per cent of full needs of dwelling (housing) communal system now this share grows up to 80per cent. An inhabitant of Maykop will pay for so-called superfluous area 90 per cent of the designed sum. And if he has more than one apartment the 100-percent tariff rate will be specified in the account on payment of services of housing and communal services. 

In exchange deputies have established the next tariff barrier: if payment for services of housing and communal services exceeds 15 per cent of the cumulative income of family, she has the right to subsidies.
