On August, 13 the head of Adygeya presidential Administration Taly Beretar at a meeting with the journalists of republican TV commented on the decision made a day earlier by Adygeya president Khazret Sovmen. The comment, in particular, concerned a phrase made by the president of the republic about personal responsibility of heads of municipalities for harvest’s destiny. T. Beretar emphasized that during three years Sovmen was rendering significant support to republican agriculture; however the task of the head of the republic on duly grain delivery on the elevators hasn’t been executed this year. 

The head of Adygeya presidential administration declared that since now Khazret Sovmen could not represent himself as the guarantor of grain selling and all completeness of such responsibility, including for the started campaign of preparation of lands to new sowing had been held on shoulders of the heads of municipal formations and agricultural workers. Exception in this number will be made to those few farms which had carried out the task of the head of Adygeya. From this day they are given the right of independent grain sale. Thus farms-debtors, having sold grain, are obliged to return debts in the budget with "alive" money. 

“It has been collected more than 300 thousand tons of grain, - told T. Beretar to the journalists, - and have handed over on the elevators 80 thousand with a surplus in total. If to estimate the collected grain on the floor price - 3 rubles for kg – it would be 900 million rubles. Plus to this other cultures will give additional 100 million rubles. That means agricultural workers have money, so let them pay salaries, plough, sow. It is time to finish a rearrangement on the president crediting of this branch”. 

In other words, in Adygeya the situation in agriculture became stalemate. IA REGNUM correspondent asked the prime minister of the republic Khazret Khuade to comment in addition that situation. Necessity of this comment has been dictated also by that during the entire harvesting campaign Adygeya president Khazret Sovmen and after him the Minister of Agriculture Shrahmet Shaliaho spoke about the necessity of complete crop delivery on the elevators and places of its acceptance. During the same time the prime-minister spoke just about the necessity of handing over grain for repayment of the debts. Therefore the question addressed by K.Khuade should sound so: must be, the prime-minister had not understood what the president was talking about? 

However the question sounded to the secretary of K.Khuade’s reception room was readdressed to his assistant Sergey Boiko, an expert on agriculture. The assistant explained that full delivery of grain would be impossible, and the question should concern repayment of debts the government and work on.
