As he said, the elevator of Giaginsky village could accept 100-110 thousand tons of grain, and all laboratories of the enterprise were ready to work prior to the beginning of the harvest. Receiving of grain on quality was carried out this year with participation of representatives of farms and areas. The prices for services on the elevator within a month were checked up by three ministries of the republic - of agriculture, economy and finance which then had defined them as minimally possible. Tripartite contracts on grain delivery have been made by the elevator with farms and motorcades. 

In a word the most favorable conditions have been created. However landowners did not hurry up to give their grain. At present on the elevator just about 42 tons of grain were delivered, and practically it is all fodder. It could be explained with a simple counterargument of peasants which the general director couldn’t tell about the journalists: “We trust the President, as we don’t do the government in which a castling was only made”. 

Recently the elevator, according to Boris Voikov, had received a grain that is not only of poor quality, but also is simply unsuitable and rotten. Having filled a paper, they simply have to return it to the owner. The grain harvested in conditions of raised humidity, is problematic to store even in special premises. Especially, if it is on the currents.
