Row kicked up around Central market of Tulsky settlement
Businessmen of Tulsky settlement – administrative centre of Maykopsky district of Adygeya – were extremely outraged with unfair (as they supposed) distributing of trade places at the Central market of the settlement. Valentina Akopian trades at that market during 8 years; for improvement of her trade place’s conditions they had spent 144.000 rubles of her means. Her consideration is that is too much if that sum could be compared to the volume of works. “With that money, - said she, - I could buy a one-room flat”. Moreover, she underlined: “No, we hadn’t become the owners of these trade places. We pay for them as we had done before”. Since a re-equipping began – two months ago - there have been disputes between the businessmen and the director of the market concerned the question who would get which trade places. The director of the market Karo Takhmazian affirmed: “Those who had worked here got their trade places. There had been other applications; we considered them together with the heads of the settlement and the district administrations”. The businessmen still raised objections: the best trade pavilions were given to those who hadn’t worked at the market. For instance that was stated by Andrey Perepelitzin. “Moreover, - he underlined, - those trade places which are unreachable now were re-equipped for our money”.
