“On August, 24 in the morning, from Nalchik town to Istanbul Turkish citizen, ethnic kabardian Khadji Bayram Bolat was deported for another time. 

On August, 23, after the decision of Nalchik town court on restoration of Khadji Bayram Bolat’s residence permit, he arrived to Nalchik. However without any explanations of reasons he was detained by people in the civilian clothes who followed him to the boundary control point where not explaining any reasons, he was kept all day long. In the morning having set him in the plane they deported Bolat to Turkey.
