In the Ministry of agriculture of Adygeya on August, 25 they discussed problems of preparation to winter crop’s sowing. Basic reasons of yield capacity looses as well as low quality of grain are supposed in the Ministry to be caused by breaches in technologies and non-observance of the terms for agricultural procedures. 

At the beginning of the sitting they had analyzed results for the season-2004. The gross gathering of grain is 318.000 tons of grain; meanwhile the sum of the given credit was not so great – 193 million of rubles. 

According to the Ministry’s data – and that information was sounded by the deputy of the minister Alexey Rudenko - there is a lateness of ploughing this year too – for about 15.000 hectares. Such lateness could be overcome in 5 days. The whole meaning of his speech could be described next way: it would be good to support with some commodity credits those agricultural workers who had paid out their debts already. Till the beginning of sowing only 60 days are left. 

On it the prime minister of the republic Khazret Khuade who objected had proved his refusal so: agricultural workers have enough grain to pay off every debt without exception, moreover after their paying off about 200 million rubles would remain. Peasants should involve those means more actively. 

At the session the scientists of Krasnodar invited to it spoke too. 

The scientists told about different ways of preparation of ground to sowing and top dressing. But, they finished their speeches with a simple key recommendation: observance of the crop rotation, the terms and technologies.
