The congress of Adyghe Khase - Circassian Parliament of Adygeya Republic underlined that the internal political crisis in the Syrian Arabian Republic where the numerous Circassian Diaspora lives, as a result of external intervention turned into a military opposition. The peace population perishes; the country faces the threat of mass terrorism and a civil war. In those conditions the leadership of Russian Federation addresses to the parties of the conflict with the appeal to refuse using of the armed force, to start immediately development of mutually acceptable decisions on the basis of the meaningful dialogue.

On the basis of the Adygeya state university the annual republican Olympiad on Adygeyan language organized by the Ministry of education and sciences of republic, took place. In it more than 60 senior pupils of the republic who became the winners of the municipal stage of the Olympiad, participated.

“Ethnonym ‘Circassian’ and toponym ‘Circassia’ as the designations of the people and its country in North-Caucasus appeared in Armenian, Georgian, Arabian, Persian, Turkic, etc. historical sources since ХШ century, having superseded the previous ethnonymic nomenclature – ‘Kerkets’, ‘Zihs’, “Djiks’, ‘Kashags’, ‘Kases, ‘Kasogs’, ‘Djarkases’ and so on. Ethnonym ‘Circassian’ became common in the European and the Russian sources in ХV-ХIХ centuries. At the same time the local population invariably named themselves ‘Adyghae’ though probably local names (with which separate ethno-political formations - Natuhay, Abadzeh, Zhanae, Kabardey and others identified themselves) played some role. Nevertheless, despite of certain distinctions of social, cultural and language character, from the historical-ethnographic point of view it is one Circassian (Adygeyan) people.

The executive committee of the public organization "Adyghe Khasa" of Adygeya made a decision to declare the year 2014 the year of mourning and memory in the whole Circassian world. They informed about it on November, 18th in the secretary of the organization.

It is known that the problem started accruing since the middle of the 1990s when for last time land sites for individual housing were distributed by authorities, and then all the auls appeared to be "clamped" by agricultural lands or the lands of the national park (state forest land fund), being in the federal property.
In a reply to addresses from the VI congress of the Black sea Adygs-Shapsugs, taken place on April, 30th, 2007, and Khasa (public parliament) the Black sea Adygs-Shapsugs the administration and Legislative assembly of Krasnodar regional took some measures on designation of that problem at the federal level and preparation of legislative initiatives, consideration and adoption of which demanded, certainly, a lot of time. From the very beginning the position of the regional authorities had been aimed on the cardinal resolution of the question calculated on prospect. They decided to work out separate general plans for development of auls of Lazarevsky and Tuapsinsky areas, for that purpose from budgets of various levels including the regional one, in 2010-2011 they allocated over 15 million roubles.
For today development of general plans which in the near future should be submitted for statement to the Government of Russian Federation, is completely finished. The project provides global changes - remittance of all the agricultural lands, situated around the auls, into borders of those settlements, i.e. - into municipal property.

The child's right to education is enshrined in the Constitution. It must comply with both the parents, school and guardianship. However, despite this, on 1 September in the school there are not all children of school age. Some troubled teens get to the Center of Temporary Isolation of juvenile offenders. Here, detainees are awaiting interviews, psychological training, and meetings with successful people, sports and art. Most children get there for theft and disorderly conduct, and basically the reason is not even in poverty. Often, teenagers are going to steal for fun or out of boredom. "Shirkers - not just our profile - say workers of Center for the temporary isolation of juvenile offenders - but if the child does not attend school regularly, it is time to pay attention to him and find out the reason for his negative attitude toward school.

During the celebration of the Day of Knowledge in the secondary school № 1 of the village Giaginskiy head of Adygea Aslan Tkhakushinov said that the 30 - percent increase in salaries to teachers of Adygeya in 2011 will be allocated as 65 million rubles, reported the ministry of Education and Science.

The authorities have introduced funding programs in Adygeya of strengthening preschool education. For these purposes from the national budget annually would be allocated 15 million rubles, ITAR-TASS reports. Long-term regional target project "Development of Education" is designed for the period of 2011-2015.

Thus local authorities are planning to completely solve the problem of queues in the nursery, which costs about 9 thousand people in three years. For three years in Adygeya there are schools renovated or opened based on the general educational pre-school on 820 places. Until the end of 2011 in a new nursery will come another 800 children. In villages where there are no kindergartens there is 50 groups opened for short-term stays who are visited by 820 children.

A few days ago there were opened a new kindergarten in the village Shendzhy of Tahtamukayskiy area. It solved the problem of queuing for kids aged 3 to 6 years. Kindergarten is located in a school designed for 750 beds, but there are only 275 children learn there. Others previously unoccupied classrooms are now filled by pre-school children.

October 5th will mark the 20th anniversary of the Republic of Adygeya. A mountain climbing to Fisht will be devoted to this event by student trade union activists of universities of the South Federal District, which will be held from 18 to 21, according to unions of Adygeya Republic.
