December 29, 2010 by police in his office, was detained the head of the Department of Economic and Mathematical Sciences Branch at ASU of the village Koshehabl Ludmila Gazheva for taking a bribe from a 27-year old resident of Krasnodar in the amount of 22 thousand rubles for the entrance examinations and positive assessments of exposure of the first session. Ludmila Gazheva was dismissed from her post by the court.
September 13, 2011 at Koshehabl District Court was convicted of Gazheva in respect of Part 3 p.290 of Criminal Code (bribery).
The court, recognizing Gazheva guilty of committing crimes incriminated her and was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months suspended sentence with probation of 2 years, since the defendant guilty of committing a crime fully recognized, as well as she is raising a young child. While the court verdict has not come into force yet.
