KCR president warned officials against using  dirty election technologies 

The president of Karachaevo-Circassian republic Mustafa Batdyev led two working meetings with heads of the president administration, members of the government, chiefs of the law enforcement bodies, and heads of cities and areas where they analyzed the course of preparation for elections of heads of municipal areas and deputies of representative bodies of municipal areas, planned in the republic for December, 25th of the current year. Thus the president had warned officials against any other, except for organizational-technical, participation in the elections. The first assistant to the head of KCR president administration Murat Karaketov informed RIA “Novosty” about it.

He noted that for the posts of heads of eight municipal areas 43 candidates applied; for 140 deputy mandates in the bodies of municipal areas - 425 people. "We may believe that the pre-election struggle will be rigid! But the authority does not work and will not work for any of candidates. The president has warned that if somebody from among representatives of authorities is noticed in payoffs, in taking in or juggling of bulletins they will be responsible for it", - told Karaketov.

He informed that in each area working group where employees of the president administration, members of the government and deputies of KCR parliament entered was formed. Their problem was to help with solving all the current questions and to lead the election campaign in full correspondence to the laws.
